How do you deal with physical activities on ‘those days’? Menstruation is often accompanied with unpleasant feelings of dizziness, slight discomfort in the lower abs and back, and overall weakness. Most ladies would just prefer to stay as motionless as possible until it is all over. 

Should you give up sports for a couple of days? No. Limiting mobility is not a good idea. On the contrary, doctors say that physical activity can help you to cope with typical unpleasant sensations during your period. 

Moderate physical activity allows your body get more oxygen and thus boosts blood circulation, which adds to faster toxin release from your body. Stretching or doing some yoga will help you to get rid of unpleasant sensations.
