Sometimes you may not want any sex at all, it’s understandable and it’s not your fault! Indeed, it’s surprising how many things influence sex drive levels. Quality of life and relationships have a huge influence on the level of sexual desire in women. So before you even think about blaming yourself or your partner, try to look around to find the causes and ways to eliminate them.

Sex drive in women is particularly sensitive to various events around them. Stress, mood, well-being, lack of sleep, too much work or physical exercise can all influence hormone levels, so ovulation might occur as a woman’s body enters its energy saving mode. Additionally, context and emotional connection as well as cultural and social factors are important triggers of female sexual desire.

Many issues associated with sex drive can be resolved by having an honest conversation with your partner.
