Breast Pain: Causes and How to Deal with It

Occasional mastalgia or breast pain happens to most women. It may feel sore, swollen, heavy, dull, sharp, or it may just be tenderness of your breasts. These conditions usually occur due to natural causes (cyclical pain), but sometimes they mean that something is wrong with the woman’s health (non-cyclical), and those issues should be addressed. 

Breast soreness and pain before and during menstruation is a common complaint among women. There are many ways to ease mastalgia, but it depends on the cause:
