Extra weight today is not only about being unable to fit into your favourite jeans, it has also become one of the most common health problems worldwide.

Reasons for gaining weight vary, starting from genetic predisposition and endocrine system issues to eating habits and lifestyle. With the development of technologies and annual income elevation, people stay inactive for a long time, ignore sport and indulge in unhealthy food.

All these factors lead to problems with weight. 1.1 billion people all over the world are overweight with 3.2 million of them suffering from obesity. Annually, 3.4 million people die from weight related diseases, among which are diabetes (44%), heart disease (23%), and stroke or hypertension (33%). 60% of American and European women are overweight, with 30% of them suffering from obesity.
