How to make diarrhea go away?
Drink water, drink between, not during meals
Eat soups and foods high in soluble fiber, such as oatmeal, bananas, and rice
Don’t drink alcohol or smoke
Avoid spicy and salty food
No caffeinated drinks, lactose, or fructose
Have small meals more often and don’t eat or drink anything too hot or too cold, the temperature should be mild.

You have accompanying fever above 38.3 C (101°F)

If you have blood in your stool, tarry or black stools
